1. Heard the parties.

2. The present writ application has been filed by the Secretary of the outgoing Governing Body constituted in the year 2019. The petitioner has challenged the notification dated 03-11-2021 by which after dissolving the Governing Body a five member Ad-hoc Committee of the College was constituted.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 7 submits that now a regular Governing Body has been constituted by the University vide notification dated 30-04-2022.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file objection before the Syndicate as per Statue 32 (2) of the Bihar Universities Act.
