JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No.75/17 registered under Section 420 of the I.P.C. and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act. Accusation is that the petitioner was found committing cheating in the Intermediate level examination being conducted by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna. Accordingly, he was restricted from the examination. Some solved answer sheets were also found.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is student and was not permitted to give examination and is in custody since 06.02.2017.
