JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Palganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 37 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of firing whereas there is specific allegation against one Deepak Kumar of firing on the informant, who received injuries. There is other allegation against a lady accused that they assaulted her by rod, causing injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner is drawing my attention towards Annexure 2 and submitted that occurrence took place with respect to dispute of contractor-ship on the sand and no specific allegation has been attributed against the

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, District Patna, in connection with Palganj P.S.
