ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.7.2014 in Pipra P.S.Case No.153/13 for the offence under Sections 323, 354, 376, 511, 379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the entire allegation is alleged against the petitioner on account of previous litigation between the parties and that there was a land dispute persisting between the parties with respect to the ancestral land of this petitioner which is situated adjacent to the house of maternal grandfather of the so-called victim Sweta Kumari. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 19.7.2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38536 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 as also he has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in Pipra P.S. Case No.153 of 2013.
