2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khawaspur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has been found to be involved in a car theft. He is in jail since 28.04.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in connection with Khawaspur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Khawaspur police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
