JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 The respondents, in response to the writ petition, have filed a counter affidavit wherein letter dated 22.08.2019 issued by the Director-in-Chief-cum-Chairman, State Authorization Committee, Health Department, Government of Bihar, has been annexed, by which it has been communicated to the petitioner herein that certain documents, as mentioned therein, have not been furnished by the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would furnish the necessary documents within a period of four weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to
