The grievance of the petitioner is regarding promotion of the private respondents to the post of District Statistical Officer/Assistant Director although it has been pleaded that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.655 of 2011(3) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 petitioner is senior to them. The matter is now no longer res integra as the matter has already been decided in C.W.J.C. No. 16252 of 2010 by order, dated 12.07.2018, and the petitioner is similarly situated.
This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16252 of 2010, dated 12.07.2018 with the similar stipulations and conditions.
