2. The petitioner seeks bail in Singhwara P S Case No. 92 of 2019 dated 24.06.2019 instituted under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner, who is motherin-law of the deceased and two other family members is of poisoning the daughter of the informant leading to her death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage had taken place two years two months prior to the incident and even in the FIR, there is absolutely no whisper with regard to any cause or reason for the petitioner to commit such a crime of killing her daughter-in-law. It was submitted that

No.56192 of 2019 dt.18-12-2019 2/2 unfortunately the petitioner and other two accused were present in the house and have been made accused, though the husband has not been made accused. Learned counsel submitted that the other two accused, who are identically situated to the petitioner i.e. her husband Sita Ram Mandal and married daughter Parwati Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench on 09.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 56919 of 2019. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2019.
5. Learned APP, from the case diary, submitted that the death having occurred in the matrimonial home. The petitioner being mother-in-law is also responsible.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-V, Darbhanga in Singhwara P S Case No. 92 of 2019.
7. The application stands disposed off.
