ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 31-10-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the present C.W.J.C. may be disposed off granting liberty to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department i.e., respondent no. 2 herein ventilating his grievance and the Principal Secretary may be directed to pass necessary orders on the said representation.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13311 of 2023(2) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 without going into the merit or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation ventilating his grievance to the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the Principal Secretary (respondent no. 2) shall pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereof duly taking into consideration the documents submitted by the petitioner. In case, the Principal Secretary comes to the conclusion that the amounts due to the petitioner are payable, necessary orders for payment of the amount shall be passed.
