JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2023 At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that during pendency of the case petitioners have already filed a title suit No. 671 of 2012 in the Court of Sub Judge X , Hajipur, Vaishali vide order dated 18.10.2023 in which stay has already been granted.

2. In that view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous.
