JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No.1876/13 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 149, 354, 379, 448, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. as well as 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

There is allegation of snatching silver chain against

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have compromised the case.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, Banka, in Complaint Case no.1876/13 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
