It appears from Annexure 'C' filed to the show cause filed by opposite party No. 2 that the petitioner's case has been given due consideration and vide Memo No. 1165 dated 22.11.2014, the case of the petitioner for regularization has been rejected.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the contempt application stands dismissed.
