JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 On 03.01.2019 noticing the statements made in the show cause that Rs. 1,28, 422/- has already been paid to the petitioner through RTGS, the case was adjourned to facilitate the counsel for the petitioner to ascertain the factual position. Unfortunately, even today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Court has no reason to disbelieve the statements made in the show cause about the payment made to the petitioner. The Court does not find any justification to proceed further in the present
Patna High Court MJC No.1813 of 2015(6) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 proceeding. It is accordingly dropped.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
