JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per prosecution case, 60 liters of Nepali county made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Considering the huge quantity of recovery of liquor and the fact that petitioner is owner of the motorcycle in question, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
