The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 (G.R. No. 551 of 2019), registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56144 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and it appears from the FIR that no motorcycle has been used in said occurrence. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 (G.R. No. 551 of 2019) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
