The stand of the respondents in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents 1 to 5 is that the deliberation and exercise is going on, certain clearance from the Finance Department has been sought and thereafter an appropriate decision will be taken. Be that as it may, since the petitioner is a retiree of 2013, this aspect of the matter must be sorted out and settled within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
