2. Petitioners apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 504, 323 , 308 , 379 and 34 of IPC .

As per F.I.R. informant namely Pintu Yadav alleged that on 20.04.2023 at about 1 PM , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and her wife with lathi due to which they sustained injury . It is further alleged that accused persons snatched earring from wife of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60212 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 the parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute a scuffle took place between them. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioners are found to be simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First class Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
