The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was recovered from by the side of the house of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56965 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No.101 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
