Taking into account the nature of allegation inconsonance with period of custody since 03.02.2014, although, prayer of petitioner, Md. Gidarwa @ Gidarwa @ Md. Faiyaz is found once adjudicated upon vide order dated 14.10.2014 under Annexure-1, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of R.P. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger in connection with G.R. No. 173 of 2014 (Kotwali Basudeopur PS Case No. 32/2014).
