The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the school, as he has been released on bail.
In such circumstance, this Court does not feel persuaded to issue any positive direction in this writ application. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, who may look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
