This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

10 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
