Patna High Court CWJC No.12524 of 2015(5) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 passed by the Respondent No. 3 was not supplied to the petitioner and after the knowledge the petitioner obtained the and further certified direct copy the Respondent No. 2 to consider the case afresh on merit of the case and pass appropriate order after considering the report of the Anchal Amin and other materials available on record and further direct the Respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 not to encroach the road and further for any other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
