The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2019 in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that no T.I. Parade has been conducted till date and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
