Marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the complainant in the year 2007 and the present case was filed in the year 2012 i.e. after five years of the marriage.

This court, with an intent to patch up the dispute of the parties, had issued notice to opposite party no.2 but in spite of service of notice, she did not appear before this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur in
