Case No. 174 of 2013 registered under Sections 384, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.758 of 2015 dt.04-02-2016 2 / 2 perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
