JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 420, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 20 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The submission of the counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2016 and similarly situated co-accused Tufani Chaudhary @ Tufani Chaudhary has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5456 of 2017.

Case No. 526 of 2016.
