1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of two cases, is a women and is in custody since 11.07.2024. It is further submitted that on account of dispute relating to land an altercation took place in between the parties.

4. The informant alleges that Surendra Bhagat assaulted her with gandasa causing injury on the head, thereafter Ram Bhagat and Bikram Bhagat assaulted Hira Bhagat with an iron rod causing fracture on his hand and thereafter rest of the

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather the allegation against her is general and omnibus in nature.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 1132 of 2023.
