2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

a) for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities, particularly the Circle Officer, Circle Rajgir, District Nalanda, to create jamabandi in favour of the Udasin Sangat Nankshahi Panth Dhaniya Pahadi Nawada with respect to the plots of land situate at Thana No. 485. Rajgir, Khata No. 333, Khesra Nos. 5033. 5034, 5035, and 5036 admeasuring 71 decimals, and to fix and accept fair and equitable rent in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, and consequently issue rent receipts in favour of the Petitioner as the Mahanth and custodian of the Sect, Udasin Sangat Nankshahi Panth Dhaniya Pahadi Nawada;

b) for issuance of a writ of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14711 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to ensure that the peaceful possession of the Udasin Sangat Nankshahi Panth Dhaniya Pahadi Nawada over the plots of land situate at Thana No. 485, Rajgir. Khata No. 333, Khesra Nos. 5033, 5034, 5035, and 5036 admeasuring 71 decimals is not disturbed or interfered with by any third party or authority, pending the creation of jamabandi and issuance of rent receipts in favour of the Petitioner;

c) to pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the Petitioner may be found to be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case at hand.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be moving before the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petitioner is disposed of.
