ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Baheri P.S. Case No. 200 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 498A, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with himself with full dignity and honour and there shall be no recurrence of untoward incident so as to attract the provision on Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the offer made by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39283 of 2014 (2) dt.15-04-2015 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 200 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
