The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 33 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 33 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna.
