====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2025 Instant modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.6.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 74781/2022.

2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, petitioners are granted six weeks' further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds as directed vide aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each by both petitioners to the concerned District Legal Services Authority which would be utilized for providing furniture as well as for beautification in the Civil Court campus, Danapur, Patna. Petitioners shall furnish receipt of deposit with the bail-bonds.

3. Modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
