2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b), (ii)(c) & 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 105.300 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the seized car of which petitioner is the owner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no knowledge about the Ganja being carried by his vehicle. In fact, Raja Tanti borrowed his vehicle for using in marriage function. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62735 of 2025(3) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is owner of the seized vehicle from which 105.300 Kgs. Ganja has been recovered.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) P.K.P./- U
