No. 11178 of 2010 the only order of review passed on 27.07.2016 in Civil Review No. 129 of 2016 is not maintainable.
Patna High Court LPA No.1696 of 2016 dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Even if this appeal, for argument sake, is allowed, the original order passed on 31.01.2012 in C.W.J.C. No. 11178 of 2010 will always stand and so long as the said order stands, no benefit can be granted to the appellant.
Accordingly, finding this appeal to be not maintainable, as the appellant has not challenged the original order dated 31.01.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11178 of 2010, we dismiss the appeal.
