2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar Mahila P. S. Case No. 41 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 498A, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution story, informant - Sonri Devi is the wife of petitioner - Vipin Noniya. Her marriage was solemnized on 11.05.2014 and she was also blessed with a daughter and two sons from her wedlock. After marriage the petitioner and his family members started torturing her in various ways due to non fulfillment of additional dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No any occurrence has ever been taken place as alleged by the informant. He submits that petitioner is ready to keep her with full dignity and regard without any grievance.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.

6. During course of argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as maintenance to his wife to show the bona-fide conduct of the petitioner. The above amount of maintenance will be adjusted in any future allowances awarded by any competent Court. Two months advance amount will be paid at the time of filing bail bond and he will file an affidavit regarding the above facts in the trial court.

7. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt/production of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar Mahila P. S. Case No. 41 of 2023 subject
