The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47501 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-IInd-cum- Spl. Judge, Excise, Nawadah.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the prayer portion of petition of Cr. Misc. No. 47501 of 2019, in place of "Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018", it has been typed as "Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019". Resultantly, the same occurred in the order-sheet dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56283 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 31.07.2019. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that correct P.S. case number is Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018.

Let in the last paragraph of order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47501 of 2019, "Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019" be read as "Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018". The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same. The order dated 31.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47501 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
