The petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 645 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 82 of the Registration Act and Section 64 of the Indian Stamp Act has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

In view of nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner namely Jamil Ahmad be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzafferpur, in connection with Town P.S.
