The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was married to Mithilesh Rai six years ago. Thereafter the accused and other demanded motorcycle. The accused persons killed his sister and the dead body of the deceased was found by the side of river. It appears that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased The deceased or the informant did not make any complain about the ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioners prior to lodging of the case and after marriage. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that
