Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered under Sections- 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
