The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Raghwendra Kumar learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the F.I.R. present at Annexure-1 submits that though all the four petitioners herein have been charged with assault by farsa and rod but there is single injury reflected from the injury report present at Annexure-2.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the circumstances, let the petitioners namely, (1) Chhabilla

Case No. 63 of 2014 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
