The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 114, 144, 149, 307, 323, 326, 341, 379, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of assault and opening fire to the informant's son namely, Saurabh who sustained injury on his shoulder.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.252 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Supaul/Incharge Successor Court in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2021/G.R. No.1394 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
