Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,324,342,506307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and co accused Roshan Yadav resorted to fire causing injury to the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and there is counter version of the occurrence also. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.124 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Jehanabad.
