====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- (i) For commanding the respondents to make payment dues Salary for the period of (i) 18. 03.2002 to 14.08.2003 (Suspension periods) (ii) 01.08.2008 to 30.09.2009 (14 month) (iii) 21.10.2010 (one day) (iv) 01.11.2021 to 29.11.2011 29 days) and (v) 10.12.2011 to 29.11.2011 (two months 20 days total 34 months 18 days only.

(ii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to pay 18% compound interest

Patna High Court CWJC No.13928 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 on his dues salary for delay payment.

(iii) For further any other reliefs/reliefs, direction/Directions, order/orders may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief claimed in the in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P2) which is still pending before the Distict Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. He further prays that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court to dispose of the pending representation within fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra is directed to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2025 within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. Needless to emphasise that the order which had

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
