2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of certiorary for quashing the notification contained in Sanchika No. M Bando- 07/22-1232 dt. 28.06.2022 issued under the signature of respondent no. 2 by which respondent department has issued notification with regard to long term settlement of Fish Seed Farms which is situated in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14913 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 different Districts of Bihar through open dak under Public Private Partnership and further in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to settle the Fish Seed Farms located in different District of Bihar with the petitioner federation or concerned Block Level Fisheries Co-Operative Societies according to the provision of Bihar Jalkar Management Act 2006, for long term settlement i.e 10 years on the basis of annual fixed reserved Jama amount and further for other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this writ application."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be seeking appropriate forum/authority for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
