In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 26 of 2016 arising from Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 registered for offence under section 302/34 I.P.C., later on, section 394 I.P.C. has been added and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated, by and large, all the witnesses have been examined and the case is at the stage of conclusion.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and
