JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Prabhu Ravidas, Anuj Kumar and Bijay Paswan have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.38739 of 2016, Cr.Misc.No.51011 of 2016 and Cr.Misc.No.55205 of 2016 respectively.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya/Successor Court, in connection with Civil Line P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14379 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 Case No.92 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
