The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, sections 33, 41 and 32 of the Forest Act and section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, the police intercepted one tractor carrying stone chips upon which a mob of people assembled there and started scuffle with the police. Petitioners are identified by the local Choukidar.

There is no direct or indirect allegation against petitioners. Co-accused Sanjay Yadav who is said to be the owner of said tractor has already been granted bail vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 33363 of 2017. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
