ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Andar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 registered under sections 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to surrender in the court below. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail. If such an application is filed, the court below shall consider the case of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this court.
