2. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before District Collector, Begusarai i. e . respondent No. 2. 3 . In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Collector, Begusarai ( respondent No. 2 ) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed before respondent No. 2 ( the Collector, Begusarai ), the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt/filing of the representation .
