This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 47, 54 and 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Co-accused, Rahul Kumar, was apprehended by the police along with the country made liquor and he disclosed name of the petitioner as his friend.

The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody 05.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Aurangabad, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
