This is an application for quashing of the order dated 09.04.2015 passed by the Learned SDJM, Biraul at Benipur in Biraul P.S. Case No. 238/2014, G.R. NO.641/2014 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and one other co-accused namely, Hareram Mishra under sections 341, 323, 494, 498 (A) of the IPC and also passed order for the issuance of summons.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage .
